56 men gathered at St. Vincent Ferrer in Delray Beach to hear Monsignor David Toups, S.T.D., Rector and President of the St. Vincent dePaul Regional Seminary. After Mass and dinner, the attendees listened to Monsignor Toups tell the story of his vocation and his thoughts on the power of God's mercy.
